How We Measure Success (Honestly)

We don't publish fabricated case studies with invented percentages. Here's exactly what we measure, how we report it, and what you can hold us accountable for.

Our Position

Why You Won't Find "305% Traffic Growth" Here

Most agency case studies are unverifiable: anonymous clients, cherry-picked timeframes, percentages without baselines. We think that's corrosive to trust in the whole industry, so we don't play.

Instead, we tell you exactly what we track for every client, show you the report format before you sign, and agree success criteria in writing at the start of every engagement. Then we report against them monthly, good months and bad.

What We Agree Upfront

  • Baseline metrics captured before work begins
  • Success criteria defined in commercial terms
  • Reporting format shared before you sign
  • Monthly reports against the agreed criteria
  • Honest explanations when numbers move the wrong way

What We Track

The Metrics That Actually Matter

MetricWhat It Tells UsHow We Report It
Enquiries and callsWhether SEO is producing businessTracked by source, reported monthly
Revenue attributionWhat the work earned youCRM or estimate-based, agreed upfront
Rankings for money keywordsVisibility where it countsTracked daily, reported with context
Map Pack positionsLocal visibility by areaGeo-grid reports for local clients
Organic traffic qualityWhether visitors are the right onesSegmented by intent, not just volume
AI answer citationsWhether AI recommends youMonthly prompt testing per market
Work completedWhat you paid forItemised delivery log every month
What we deliberately don't celebrate: raw impression counts, vanity keyword wins nobody searches, and traffic growth that never converts. If a metric doesn't connect to your business, it doesn't lead our reports.

FAQ

Questions About Proof

Can you show me client results?

On a discovery call, yes: we walk through anonymised examples relevant to your sector with full context. We don't publish them as marketing claims because percentages without context mislead more than they inform.

What if the numbers go backwards?

We tell you why, in plain English, and what we're doing about it. Algorithm updates, seasonality and competitor moves are real; hiding them would be dishonest.

Do you guarantee results?

No. Nobody controls Google. We guarantee senior work, transparent reporting and strategy ordered by commercial impact, and we define success criteria with you upfront.

Who owns the data and accounts?

You do. Analytics, Search Console, ad accounts and all content belong to you from day one. If you leave, everything goes with you.
